Notice - Call for Nominations

Dear Renay,
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Magenta Shores Golf & Country Club Limited will be held at 5pm on Friday 31st October 2025 at 1 Magenta Drive, Magenta NSW 2261. 

Election of one Director
There will be one Director position available for election at this year’s AGM. Peter Gaydon will be offering himself for re-election. 
Any person who believes they have the requisite characteristics of a Director of the Club is invited to nominate as a Director using the form available to download below. 
Shane Stuart, Tony Slater, Matthew Shannon and Matthew Greenwood will continue as Directors under their current terms. 

Election of Club Captains 
The Board has resolved to call for nominations for the election of the Men’s Club Captain and the Women’s Club Captain, in accordance with the Club’s by-laws. Kerri Cook is offering herself for re-election, however John Wylie has decided not to stand for re-election this term.
A person can be nominated for, and elected as, both a Director and a Captain.

In accordance with the Club’s Constitution, the Notice of the AGM, e-voting arrangements and forms for Appointment of Proxy will be forwarded at least 21 days prior to the AGM. 
Persons whose membership has been suspended or forfeited are not entitled to vote.
